It’s just after 10am. I’ve set up the space and connected with you all and getting into your intentions. We’ve begun!
12:20 pm
I’ve done 2 rounds or phases of nrg, in addition to spending time with each of you and your intentions as words and energy.
Being at the level of Divine Self with you and/or your guides, assessing what’s next. Looking at your life and projects and concerns, what is next, what is useful now.
The energy was clear, pure, and powerful.
The expanse. The focus.
Energy body work. The bones, cranium, nerves, organs.
The bodies, physical, emotional, mental, spiritual.
Desire body.
What is yours. What is not. Is it serving you. How to allow, receive, let go, heal, open, strengthen, coalesce and come back together.
It was really beautiful to me to experience all of the phases here. Recently born and how the body is growing and needs or just having given birth and how the body heals and calms and comes back to itself, how it assimilates the experience and navigates the new situation as energy, too. Or a body and life phase of having learned so much and looking at ancestral energy manifesting in some of the layers and recognizing OH! That’s not me! Or What is this? Or releasing from the heart, old hurts or patterns that have served you thus far, and who are you without them.
So much beauty and so many facets of who we each are. So much love for our particular spot.
Acceptance and support and power and ease.
Time with your guides.
A field of Love. I began writing about this before the session. It’s in draft form. I may send it to you before it’s ready for more eyes (if it will be sent out to a wider group, we’ll see).
We are all growing and evolving “quickly”. I’m not sure what quickly means in the grand scheme so I put it in quotes. So we had time and space for integration. This was most of the second wave of nrg. For assimilation, digestion, integration.
