Periodicity: My recommendation is to make a plan that will work for you and stick to it as best you can, allowing for adjustments depending on your life circumstances and how you need to engage this material. There will be some journeys that you will need to do multiple times before you move on to the next. There will be some days you may wish to do several journeys.

If you get ahead of me, go for it. Keep a physical or digital notebook (Word, Evernote, Scrivener…) with your notes and post them when the journey post is available. This is a case where you get what you give, you’ll reap what you sow, and what you put in… you get the picture. You will benefit by simply being passive, putting on a journey and falling asleep counts! But the more you commit, engage, and show up for yourself and others here, the more you will digest and integrate.

This is self-study. You listen to the album on your own in your own timing. By joining this group with your intent and posting your experience you will create more support, focus and synergy. There is a palpable synergy and amplification when you practice in a group, and our group exists on the inner planes. You can jump into this stream anytime now into the future. In earth-time, I’ll be going through the album from start to finish beginning July 25th, and I hope you’ll join me.

As you work through the album, you will write your own notes and post them as you go if you choose to do that. Writing notes helps you integrate and digest, and is a way to contribute your voice, your light and perspective to the group work. I will be writing new notes about my experiences of the journeys as I go through them again.
