The Beauty and the Mess - Authentic Power and Leadership

I’m guided to share a bit about what is coming through for Twelvetide this year. Since my email situation isn’t up to snuff, I’m posting here. I’m adding a category “Into the Cave” so you can sort to just see this series if you like, or if you don’t want to see you can select “pet clinic” for example to see what you want.

Another objection I have had is how tired I am and not knowing how my energy will be. The fact that I never fully moved in to my house because I was diagnosed right after I moved across the country and my things arrived from New England. And some folks may be joining in person at my house. Yikes. And my reserves to be anything other than what I am at core are limited. Is it enough?

What’s coming through has to do with Authentic Power and leading, offering from that place.

Sovereignty.

Jesus says unwavering:

Trust that the people who come will receive what they need. They are answering their own call.

Let me carry the energy.

You are enough.

The whole point (or a main theme) of Into the Cave is our own Mastery, our own connection with and embodying Christ Consciousness, deepening our own relationship to the Master being known as Jesus. It’s NOT about me at all.

This is a lesson also for me about letting go (one of the big gifts of Cancer) and experiencing that I am valuable and worthy as I am.

I had a conversation with another leader yesterday and this theme is also up for them. Professionalism and vulnerability, feeling messy, coming undone and needing to lead anyway.

Choosing to lead anyway.

Where is the line? Is there a line? Is being “me” enough?

Is it an act of radical generosity?
Of LOVE?

Earlier in my career I was drawn to study with powerful female “guru’s” who had big followings. One of the lessons for me was how they showed up and delivered even though they were still growing. I noticed their shadow and how that filtered down into the gridworks and communities they built and served. I noted what worked and what didn’t.

I think the main difference and opportunity now is not to ignore that we have limitations. Those leaders weren’t up front about it and so I think the sublimated disowned aspects were more deleterious in those communities.

Is there a new way forward that offers integration, realness, authenticity and vulnerability alongside pure integrity and leadership qualities that are our world service?

For you: Authentic Power and Leadership. What are your gifts and strengths? Where do you feel messy? How can you embrace both and be valued as you are? Is this relevant for you?

p.s. You may recall that The Beauty and the Mess is the title of a beloved journey in our Your Divine Path of Motherhood/A Clear Path to Motherhood programs.
