Well this was in some ways the perfect one to listen to today. This happens a lot and it never ceases to amaze me. Even my nudge to go ahead and listen tonight rather than waiting until tomorrow. I’m tired, and yet this was the right timing. Earlier today I taught the first session of Partnership with Light Beings Fall 2021 session, and what we did in that session…well it was a lot of energy and this Into the Cave journey was helpful with integration of specifically what we did.

My experience was that the entire time of so much talking, that while I was not really enjoying the talk or the way the sound was coming through my voice, I was also focused on what was happening in the corridor of light between my crown and heart, and that was most interesting.

That even as my voice changed or certain content came through, it was facilitating the shift and alignment, or integration (integration support for what we did TODAY in class, supported by this journey that was recorded a long time ago) of this pathway opening and stabilizing. Fascinating, really.

And even the part about the mental body melting which made me laugh, the laughter creates a response in the emotions and body that impacts flow of energy, so that my experience was that even the nuances, the way my voice or the message was annoying to me, that was part of what was helping with the pathway. For me it wasn’t about the words or the message itself, but about the energy. That is typical of me and how I understand transformation available in all of these journeys, and I particularly noted it in this journey. I can imagine if you didn’t know this, you might just focus on the words and miss the rest, at least consciously.

And then at the end I loved loved loved that the guides acknowledged that it was so talky talk because that is what I was thinking too, and that the next one is less talk, more direct experience. And again, even with that said, if you focus on this pathway and notice your experience as you have been practicing, you might notice as I did an opening, a settling, an alignment and support—in my case—for what we just did today. And in any case that applies for you on the day that you listen—for what is next for you.
