Love this journey, under 8 minutes and the perfect attunement and reminder. I forget sometimes about that dissonant tone that others are experiencing. This is not the first journey in this series to address how to stay steady and hold your own higher resonance when the discord is about you. I felt the clarity and precision of all of the toning, and which note/notes that resonated and which did not.

This to me felt clarifying for the times we are in and how we choose to respond, as well as a way to think about our role.
