Group Notes from Alaya
We have an intimate small group today! And yet the energy last night and this morning was palpable and strong. Looking forward to being with you today.
10-10:30 session energy setting up strong and clear. Going to dive into your intentions and then do the energy part of the session.
12:20 still coming out of the big energy part of the session.
Themes include:
Each with your Divine Self receiving alignments and what is next for you. Light streaming in for you to work with.
Self-respect and respecting others. In particular, respecting your ecosystem.
For the adults working on the lower chakras.
For all, welcoming home in the body and ecosystem.
Bodywork tables/bodywork for everyone.
Another theme I forgot until I was writing individual notes to one of you—
To see and be seen.
To release projections that have been put upon you and that you have accepted but also that you may have created or added to about others.
A readiness to move beyond, release, to really clearly see, to be seen?
Something to contemplate. :)
That and so much more beyond words.
